So, in Fire Emblem: Awakening, the characters all have given birthdays, and I thought that would be a good excuse to force me to finally do some kind of fanart... even though it was rushed. But then instead I did this silly thing called falling asleep, so Henry's birthday pic did not actually get uploaded on his birthday because I am terrible. I dunno about it turned out in the end, but I figured just for novelty's sake I'd actually do this thing called "finishing and uploading an image." Crazy, I know. Maybe someday I'll do more fanart like I actually have intended for months and not just throw something together like a lazy butt. Okay, I will say that I do like how the bird turned out, though it's a good thing I went and actually looked for references because I'd drawn the shape of the head completely wrong. I thought the wings would be a nightmare but it was actually kind of relaxing in a way.

So yeah, here's a younger and likely pre-murderous Henry based on his appearance in the Nintendo Dream comics.

Annoyingly enough, for some weird reason, I didn't get the birthday barracks event to trigger in the actual game and I have no idea why...
